In other news, I just dled Adobe Illustrator. I had it before, but I couldn't figure out how in the world to work it. Since I started out pretty much the same with Photoshop, I thought I'd get the hang of it with time. About five hours later, I still have no idea what it is I've been doin. Point is: does anyone know of any good tutorials for Illustrator beginners? I really need one that explains the tools and how they work and stuff like that. Also, does anyone have any tutorials for coloring drawings and lineart in Photoshop? I've found a couple, but they've all pretty much confused me save for one. The tutorial StudioQube posted on his/her page was pretty helpful and simple. Only thing that got me was the stuff about brushes. Other than that, it was a pretty solid tutorial and it worked. So yeah, that's all. It's nice posting a journal again after who knows how long.
